One of their products is a “daily health check” solution for covid-19. It’s a Realtime solution for daily health checks by employer to his employees and visitors.
This helps employer to check and do screenings of employees remotely, and not at work or on campus.
- To create a revolutionary product that would automate COVID-19 health checks.
- Problem of Assessments taking place at work or on campus instead of remotely at home.
- There is lack of real-time visibility into who has and has NOT completed daily health checks.
- Data and reports are not easily accessible by the right people or at the right time
- Team members worry about the consistency and effectiveness of current safety practices
We had an in-depth discussions with the founders to understand the problems they want to tackle. Through these conversations we synthesised their vision. We used coding techniques from ethnographic research to derive them.
Keeping in mind the end user we come up with a design solution that guides with 3 easy steps by which user can self-setup and automate daily health checks that ensures all daily health checks are securely and remotely gathered online on dashboard, and the organisations are alerted of any at-risk situations.
Dashboard
Our main challenge while designing dashboard was how we can show a graph which is very easy to read. So our team come up with a simple solution and instead of using regular bar graph or pie graph we depicted it in the form of box showing each box as one recipient with 3 colours green is No, red is yes, not answered is grey. It suggest whoever is having symptoms of covid will say yes. They will be marked in red and those who says no to the questions will be marked green based on this admin can easily decide who will be asked to join the office.
Admin
User will receive a message on phone asking to make a quick survey by giving very simple yes or No answers
Yes!! you read it correctly. From concept to research, research to design, design to development, development to testing and from testing to being live on the internet, it just took less than 40 days for the product to be available for the audience to be used.
